Do you ever suffer from back pain? If you do this is the course for you. Starting 22nd September face to face at The Brig in Altofts.
We will cover everything to help solve or prevent any back trouble including a poor posture. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates is a fantastic way to keep up with you mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. If you have any injuries, joint, postural issues this is the course for you.
WORKOUT IN THE DARK TO CLUB CLASSICS
Clubbercise is my most popular class and it is easy to see why. With its fun routines and pumping tunes Clubbercise transports you back to the 90s clubbing scene or will make you feel like you're on a night out. Glow sticks and flashing lights make the workout even more fun.
Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!
FITNESS CLASSES, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE
We have over 50 classes to choose from. New classes are added weekly. You can choose from Live or pre-recorded. The LIVE classes are either broadcast on Facebook or Zoom. In The @ Home Studio you will find classes such as HIIT, CARDIO COMBAT, KETTLEBELLS, PILATES, CLUBBERCISE and many many more.

Whatever your fitness goal is I can help you achieve it. As a Personal trainer your goals are my goals. I will create a bespoke programme and advise you on nutrition and help you to adopt healthy lifestyle changes. Qualified as a GP referral PT I can also design programmes to help with various health conditions. You will receive a goal setting session and 24/7 guidance and support on your fitness journey.
