Do you ever suffer from back pain? If you do this is the course for you. Starting 22nd September we will cover everything to help solve or prevent any back trouble including a poor posture. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. 

 Pilates is a fantastic way to keep up with you mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. If you have any injuries, joint, postural issues this is the class for you.
